Product 

What condition will the product I buy be in?

All products sold on www.nanarossa.com are new, original and complete  with its product label.

All the contracts concluded on www.nanarossa.com are distance contracts regulated in Capo I, Title III of Legislative Decree of the 6th September 2005, n- 206 (“Consumer Code”).

Can I receive more photos of the product? 

The pictures you find on our site come directly from the supplier. They are therefore the only ones we have and they are reliable and faithful images of the object you are buying. 

What does it mean that a product is unisex? 

The products identified as UNISEX are manifactured based on men's sizes. For this reason, a size 'L' unisex, will be larger than a size 'L' female. Before proceeding with your order, you should always consult the size chart where you can find all the information to choose the right size. 

Can I come and try the item in person? Do you have a physical store? Can I pick up the product at your facility? 

Nanarossa.com is an online store. Our products are stored in a warehouse located miles away from our offices. For this reason you can not test the products or pick them up in person. We recommend that you consult the size chart in order to to avoid mistakes in your choice of size,  but in case you need to return or change the product, you may do so under the terms which are listed in the section "Terms and Conditions of Use".

Payments

How can I pay for the product I purchased?

On nanarossa.com you can choose from several payment options, which are listed below. Unfortunately other types of payment can not be accepted.
You can choose to pay by:

- PayPal

- Credit Card

- Bank Transfer

- Postal Payment Order

Can I pay recharges PostePay or pay cash on delivery?

We do not accept recharge PostePay as payment, but with the same PostePay, which is a Visa Electron, you can make the payment by PayPal. We do not accept payments cash on delivery.

Where can I find the data to make a bank transfer or postal payment order?

Once you choose the product you wish to purchase, please follow the site's instructions for placing your order and select the payment method you prefer. You will find the details for making payments in the "Payment" section. Please note that you can contact us anytime for further information.

Shipping

When will you ship my order?

Shipments are made within 5 working days of receipt of payment. When the carrier has picked up your package we will send you an e-mail with the link to the shipment so that you can keep track of it.
Please note that shipments and deliveries may be delayed during Christmas (i.e. December) and summer holidays (i.e. August). Please note that we cannot deliver to post offices, post office boxes and hotels.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped? You can send me the WebTracking code?

Of course, as soon as the carrier pick up your package you will receive an email with the link to the shipment so that you can keep track of it.

What happens if the courier arrives when there is nobody at home or if the courier cannot find my home address?

You can always check the status of your shipment via the tracking link that we send you when your package is shipped. If the package fails to be delivered by the carrier it will be put in storage. When this occurs, we'll send you an email with the reasons for the delivery failure to dispatch, given by the carrier, so that you can help us to fix the situation and finally receive your package.

Can you deliver the package to a different address than my home address?

Of course, but remember to specify this when you make you order.

Refunds and Replacements

If I buy a wrong product, can I return it?

Of course, you can return it within 30 working days of receipt of the order. To proceed, you can simply notify us of your intention to return the order via the online form. You can exchange it for another item (subject to availability) or obtain a refund within 30 days from receipt of the withdrawal communication directly to your paypal account or the checking account used to make the order. The refunded amount will be net of all direct charges (transport and handling).
Please note that you can not return any items that have been made to measure or have been personalized.
The cost of return shipping will be charged to you and the product must be returned intact, complete with labels and in the original packaging as received.
Once we receive your product return, and upon inspection of the product, we will proceed with the replacement order or with the refund.

If I get a different product than what I ordered, or a flawed product, what should I do?

We will do everything to ensure that this does not happen. But if this is the case, please  contact us immediately. We'll ask you to send us some photos that allow us to verify the problem and we will immediately inform the supplier.
You will receive instructions to prepare the incorrect package which will be picked up at your delivery address at our own expense. 
If you prefer, you can also request a refund.
